Our mission, “Plan Smart. Smart Plan” is why Kathy Duffy founded Safe Harbor Partners (SHP).  She wants to provide companies with the necessary knowledge, tools and conflict-free support to help them play an instrumental role with their employee’s retirement.

Plan Sponsors rely on Kathy and her team because she has created a business infrastructure and culture that always places the client first. Her client-centric focus and strategic experience are key factors in SHP’s success.

Kathy excels at creating strategies that are unique, achievable and measurable – a stark contrast in an industry that is typically focused on products and sales. By creating an environment and infrastructure where Plan Sponsors feel empowered to make informed retirement plan decisions, the greater good of both the Plan Sponsor and employees are better served.

Kathy graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Her professional designations include Certified Financial Planner™ Professional (CFP® Professional), Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®), Professional Plan Consultant™ (PPC) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC). She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.
